Shipping Policy

• You must be at least 21 years of age to order.

• All orders placed Monday through Friday (before 4pm EST) will be shipped out in 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out 2-4 business days from the following Monday.

• All items are shipped from Washington, DC.

• We DO NOT ship internationally, at this time.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes, all orders are shipped through USPS. Tracking information for orders will be emailed once the order has shipped.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.

When I order, can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.

Delivery/Pickup Policy

• Local delivery is currently available for select predetermined areas in the DMV and New Jersey. Please email us at info@douslakay.com to determine if you are within the delivery radius.

• A pickup option is also available. All DC pickups will be done at a Safe Exchange Zone.

• We will contact you via email or text to schedule your delivery/pickup within 1-3 business days of placing your order.

• A government-issued ID must be presented while picking up your order.

• Delivery address MUST be specified at checkout. Address changes after checkout will not be permitted.

Can someone else pickup my order for me?

if someone will be picking up the order on your behalf, they will need to bring an ID to show that they are at least 21 years of age.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Yes, we deliver to commercial locations. Please give specific instructions on how to access the building. The courier will ask the front desk attendant to ring pickup recipient by name.

I need to reschedule?

Please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery/pickup time. There is no guarantee that we can accommodate change requests made outside of this window.
